Talked with Sarah on the Friday and explained that i would like 13 alum venetians cleaned but did not have the sizing- she said it was ok and verbally quoted $250-$260. Followed up on the Monday with the actual sizing and via email she said the pricing had to increase to $340 due to 3 blinds in question. She then didnt send me a formal quote even when i left out the 3 blinds! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will not honour their pricing offered verbally and try to rip you off!!
Did great job of removing moth poop and general cleaning of my vinyl/fabric vertical blinds. Very reasonable. Highly recommend. Mike Lerner 5/24/2013
