Owner Bill was on time, fast at his work and so honest he actually advised us to clean some items ourselves, and taught us how to do it! "I don't want to charge you for something so simple". He then cleaned/sanitized our mattresses at a very reasonable price. So if you are looking for an honest, capable, fair and friendly cleaning service, Bill Lapham is the guy.
Bill is highly professional and committed to his work. We always utilize his services and appreciate his ethics and fair pricing along with his knowledge and product awareness. I strongly recommend him to anyone in the Sarasota / Bradenton area!
I own a mattress business in town and Bill gave a demonstration and explanation on how to effectively remove scuffs from a mattress and other types of fabrics - I was impressed and learned a lot. His knowledge about how to effectively clean different materials and the chemicals and methods to use is incredible. Bill has a lot of experience in this business and also has a great attitude. I highly recommend his business above anyone else in town!
I was looking for a new carpet cleaner and researched the methods used. I had read that the rotary steam cleaning was the best method. I searched for that locally and found Ultra Clean listed as an upholstery cleaner but also listed carpets. He had high reviews so I set the appointment.
