I called for a simple cauliflower ear drainage got left on hold for 10 minutes decided to hang up and call back to get no answer great service
I am a new patient to this practice. I experienced great care from all the Staff. Quick response to my needs and concerns. And...when you call the office you get a person not voicemail.
Great place. The front desk and nurse were professional and friendly. I was a walk in. Waited just about an hour to see the PA. For a walk in, that is pretty great! The PA was great too. Took all my concerns seriously, listened and helped me. Was feeling way better within 24 hours. So glad I found this place for any future urgent care needs.
