The reason for the one- start rating is that Dr. Ibrahim Almeky is never actually at the clinic; the staff shedules appoiment for you to see the doctor, but you end up seeing a nurce practitioner instead. They make you wait 40 minutes to an hour in a tiny 3x6 room that looks like a jail cell,and the receptionist often have a bad attitude when dealing with patients in the waiting area. Furthermore, it takes them weeks to process referrals for medications that are important for your healt.
I have been waiting in the exam room for almost 2 hours just to get lab results. I had to ask why I’m waiting so long and I was told the nurse in stuck in traffic.
Great place. Quick and easy. Very clean
I was kept waiting for 30 minutes in the exam room even though the lobby was empty when i came in for my appointment
