Every time I've visited there has been a very very long wait, doctors are ok. My appointments never go longer than 3 minutes so I'm not sure why I'm always waiting so long.
Shocking experience. The doctors and receptionists are about as useful as a glass hammer. Will not be going here again
I’ve been coming here to see Dr Chowdry for the past 2 years after my usual GP retired . Dr Chowdry is very thorough. He is caring, listens and explains everything in detail. All the other doctors and staff here including the nurse and the blood collector are very friendly professional and helpful as well. Best medical practice in the area.
First appt. Waited over 30mins over my scheduled booked time. Doctor was dry and not very helpful with regards to my problem. Received a referral, got a scan done and booked in my second appt. Reception called to say doctor now not working at the booked time. Shuffled over to a different doctor and on the day of the appt got a call to be transferred to a completely different medical centre for my appointment. Appaling, processing their clients thru like a number to make as many bucks as possible. Do not recommend
