October whale sightings ALL day, incredible sunrises & sunsets Close to Pacific Fair, Draculas, Tram on & off and the Casino
Stayed in room 801 for my sons birthday they even accommodated my sons jet ski for secure parking, room was spotlessly clean view was amazing , the facilities were outstanding
Very average and dated rooms Rude staff , we asked for fresh towels and were rudely told no they don’t do fresh towels every day We paid lots to be here for our wedding weekend and 1 lift is broken, staff are rude and it’s rather untidy and unclean Wouldn’t recommend staying here at all
Rude reception lady. Asked for x2 fresh towels cause we have PAID to stay here (Our wedding weekend too) and told that we can’t have any. Rooms not tidied or serviced the entire stay. Very rude and inconsiderate to say straight up no. Hotels are suppose to service the rooms?
Reading some of the other reviews, appears to be hit and miss with the privately owned apartments. We were in 2202. Room was lovely and clean, the only complaint we would have is all four of us found the mattresses really uncomfortable. Clothes dryer needs replacing too but other than that lovely apartment, great views. Like others, we found the desk lady to be completely uninterested and not very friendly. All up we had a great 5 day stay and would stay here again.
