Reading some of the other reviews, appears to be hit and miss with the privately owned apartments. We were in 2202. Room was lovely and clean, the only complaint we would have is all four of us found the mattresses really uncomfortable. Clothes dryer needs replacing too but other than that lovely apartment, great views. Like others, we found the desk lady to be completely uninterested and not very friendly. All up we had a great 5 day stay and would stay here again.
If you want to move out of your app within 24 hrs of being here this is the place. The room was dirty, scruffy, dated, absolutely done on a budget with dreadful smelly furniture , absolutely awful. The manager was unhelpful, rude and certainly no asset to this business. I urge you NOT to stay here, well, you could do if you want to get an infection from the mouldy shower but who wants that !!!
Upon entering the apartment, we immediately decided to leave due to its unpleasant condition. The space was unkempt, with visible signs of neglect and poor cleanliness, leaving us concerned about potential health risks. “Karen”, the Manager, displayed a lack of professionalism, which significantly impacted our experience. If a tired, shabby, mouldy apartment/building is your thing along with a lackadaisical manageress who epitomises someone who is totally disinterested in their job then this is the place to be!
Not good If you want to get a mould related disease ;this is the place for you . The units are unclean, the last 2 times we were there the dishwasher was dirty and dirty socks under the bed .complaints have a too hard basket response so don’t try .
