Excellent customer service, scheduling and quality of work! I have a 4 bedroom house and the entry way to the living room was very shabby. I loved that Joe Carafa answers all his calls personally and works with your schedule to get things rolling. He came recommended from a carpet installer I used to upgrade a couple bedrooms.
