They are the worse. They will take money from people. They will talk about your credit score. These people will harass you by calling everyday. This company is not professional. After we settled, they refuse to give us me a confirmation until they got tired of me calling. They never send my confirmation through the mail.
Not worth the money I spent. Their cancellation policy is archaic. you cannot cancel by phone nor email.You have to send a letter to a PO BOX , otherwise they will keep charging you .
Disgusting company. I wish I knew more, untrained workers did not provide enough information and they keep trying to charge me their fee. Do not sign up.
UBF is terrible company..
Texas Attorney General needs to shut this place down. It is a scam.
