Andrew came out on time, service was above and beyond from beginning to end. We love our skylights and Sun Tunnel and wish we did it years ago. Highly recommend this local family business for skylights.
I am so happy with my skylights from Ultra Beauty, Inc. I am doing a bathroom remodel and had not clearly planned the timing of putting in a skylight. Andrew met with me the day after I called, and was able to have my skylight installed within two days, (I was lucky with their recent shipment and availability) while the ceiling was still open. Great experience, honest business that went above and beyond to get me the solution I really needed rather than just make a sale. After back and forth with uncertainty of the underlying issue involving a leaky skylight, Andrew visited my home after business hours to take a closer look and make sure everything I needed got addressed. 3 skylights installed and would gladly do business with UBS again. Quick and professional install.
We are very happy and pleased with our new skylights. We have 2 in the living room with shades. That are great for blocking out the sun and heat. Also 1 in the hall bath room. Andrew came and checked out our old skylights and explained why they were leaking. We were happy to replace our old skylights and use a local company that had been in Port Orange for 38 years.
