Great experience with Ultra! Twice our 10 year old Toyota has broken down and needed to be towed in the past year. Both times we went with Ultra and could not have been more pleased. We always compare costs, and they were very reasonable, the first time coming in at below their estimate. They also got the job done very quickly and took time to explain everything and discuss details (my husband is an engineer and always likes to cover everything!). I would definitely go here again and was super satisfied with every aspect.
My car (1995 Volvo 850) died on the highway and I had to have it towed to ULTRA. I was unsure if it was the alternator or the battery, though I was quite sure it was one of them. It turned out that it was neither but it was the wire connecting the two. The connection to the alternator had extensive corrosion and with a little work all was well. Went to get inspection failed me with minors things went to a different place and passed the guy is a jerk just trying to make money off you. Will find anything so you can have him fixed. Will never there again.
