Good location, but the property management company (First Service residential) is not good, filed dog barking complaints, but the issue still not get resolved. The management fee increases every year b/c they will always spend lot of money for useless things.
Lovely views, especially corner units
Best location to live. Everything is nearby like : Fareview Mall, TTC, subway station, etc. Good and clean environment. Staff is always ready to help.
