Excellent condo building which was built with good materials and made to last. It's not that old - it's just from a time when they cared about construction quality. The management is superb and consistent. "Ultra" Low YoY maintenance fee increases compared to other condos of the same age and an excellent reserve fund/financial position. Excellent condo experience through and through. The building and its onsite facilities are superb, providing everything you could need. Just as important, the residents create a welcoming community, and the management team is incredibly effective. Together, they make for a truly excellent place to live.
