Great service: honest, responsive, and fairly priced.
I called them to request a service. They started creating my client file-some kind of onboarding to their system. Then the operator informed me that since this was my first time working with them, they required my credit card number before we could proceed any further. Obviously, a reasonable person wouldn’t give their credit card to strangers without understanding what they’re paying for. Called for an estimate..... I told them what was needed to be done! They wanted to send a tech over (I didn't ask for one) and he gave me the estimate... No problem. Then find out his verbal estimate was off by a lot AND I'm getting a bill for a service charge of over $136. Called a number of times to have the mistake taken care of. Finally got the owner(?). He just argued with me and the charge was not reversed. Will never call again and will not recommend!
