I've worked with Ultra Air for years building homes. My clients and myself have always been more than satisfied with the services and products. They are good people and honest people at Ultra Air. 5 star all the way!
We got back from vacation to find our heat and water weren’t working. We called Ultra and they sent Eric the same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, and even drove an hour to pick them up so he could finish the job that day. Any utility concerns — Eric’s your guy. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I called them to request a service. They started creating my client file-some kind of onboarding to their system. Then the operator informed me that since this was my first time working with them, they required my credit card number before we could proceed any further. Obviously, a reasonable person wouldn’t give their credit card to strangers without understanding what they’re paying for.
