Damiano and Alex were superb in doing AMS for my unit. Both explained the technical points clearly and carried the work in excellent manner. No mess-pure professionalism. Look forward to see you guys next year again.
A huge thank you to Brandon and the team at Ultra Air. When our air conditioner stopped working, they were quick to help, diagnosed the issue straight away, and repaired it efficiently. They went above and beyond by servicing the unit at the same time and saved us from unnecessary expenses. It's refreshing to deal with a team that is honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend!
The team were professional and explained eveything to us whilst servicing the aircon. Did all the checks thoroughly and were really friendly. Would highly reccomend!

Franco the tech rep from Ultra Air was courteous and very detail oriented, he explained and fixed the issues we had with our ducts. He took his time and examined all the ac vents to make sure they are working, and adjusted the wall sensors to be more efficient. Paul
