The team were professional and explained eveything to us whilst servicing the aircon. Did all the checks thoroughly and were really friendly. Would highly reccomend!

Franco the tech rep from Ultra Air was courteous and very detail oriented, he explained and fixed the issues we had with our ducts. He took his time and examined all the ac vents to make sure they are working, and adjusted the wall sensors to be more efficient. Paul
Ultra Air was recommended by our builder for ongoing annual maintenance/service. They came in to do our first service - found everything working perfectly fine, but after their service the AC unit stopped working!! It just does not cool anymore. Have called their emergency line multiple times, left multiple messages - but no one has responded. I can understand the holiday period , but there is a reason why you have an emergency line!
