Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! A special thank you to Brandon and Damiano for their outstanding service. They were both incredibly helpful and professional.
Damiano and Alex were superb in doing AMS for my unit. Both explained the technical points clearly and carried the work in excellent manner. No mess-pure professionalism. Look forward to see you guys next year again.
A huge thank you to Brandon and the team at Ultra Air. When our air conditioner stopped working, they were quick to help, diagnosed the issue straight away, and repaired it efficiently. They went above and beyond by servicing the unit at the same time and saved us from unnecessary expenses. It's refreshing to deal with a team that is honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend!
The team were professional and explained eveything to us whilst servicing the aircon. Did all the checks thoroughly and were really friendly. Would highly reccomend!
Had all my outlets replaced this morning by Damiano and Alex . What a great team very polite caring did a fantastic job and cleaned everything afterwards . Ultra air should be very proud having them. I would not hesitate in recommending ultra air. Kuytim alikay
