Pros: We stayed in appartment 3A - which was ocean facing. Great spacious appartment with awesome facilities. The pools are lovely and the indoor pool with wellness facilities (steam room, sauna, spa are amazing). Beds are comfortable and appartment had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, the beach, restaurants and shopping centre are all a walk away. Great location. Loved the facilities- 3 pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room & fitness centre. Apartment was clean, good size and well equipped. The complimentary treats were a nice touch. Ocean view was amazing with an egg swing chair, and table & chairs on the balcony. The team were lovely and always helpful. Definitely recommend Beach Haven
Love the location and facilities however our room was extremely dated and old, had we known our apartment would present as it did we would have sought accomodation elsewhere. The couch was ripped, shower in the ensuite had a clogged drain and couldn’t be used as water built up as soon as the tap was turned on. TV in bedroom didn’t work and main TV had a constant flicker every 20 seconds, which was beyond frustrating. There are 2 toasters, only one works. I have given my stars based on the apartment alone. Apartment 15A. All the apartments are privately owned so I can’t speak for the other ones. 15A has an amazing view. The bathrooms need new cabinets and shower screens. A small bathroom update would go a long way. The apartment is well equipped with beach toys, kitchenware, cd player and CD’s.
