If I could give them a minus one star I would give them a minus 15. I ran over my glasses with my chair at work. Called Ultimo they said bring them in we will check them out. The young girl in the front said I will try to fix them or will have my boss do it should be ready tomorrow. Came the next day she said oh i didnt get to them (thats what you have my cell number for?) called almost a week later as I was sick and she tells me they must be sent off to be fixed.
