What a bunch of cowboys, 34 pages of identified faults from the building inspector. best way to deal with this? - declare bankruptcy and let the owners figure out and pay for all of the repairs themselves. Overdue by 2.5 years. no apologies, work promised - never done, blame everyone else, don't return phone calls ... if I could give them zero stars I would.
