I hired party items for my husband’s birthday and everything was in perfect condition. The chair covers and sashes were beautifully washed, ironed, and even smelled amazing. It made such a difference on the night. Highly recommend Kathryn for her professionalism and wonderful service!
Hired some black chair covers for use over Easter holidays and Kathryn was very considerate by accommodating pick up and drop. She communicated effectively and the chair covers were in exceptional condition. She even added a few spares just in case we needed them which was very thoughtful.
I rented 30 Americana chairs from Ultimatelegance Wedding & Events for my baby shower this past weekend, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Kat went above and beyond by delivering the chairs a few days early at no extra charge. My event was on Saturday, and she promptly returned on Sunday to collect them.
