Really poor customer service, with absolutely not taking any responsibility on what they have done on the car, resulted to double charging the customer. They failed to diagnose the problem at the first place. They failed to give you any vehicle while your car is under repair for more than 5 days! They failed to inform you when the car was ready to pick up any many more!
They are real scammers. They cant diagnose a car. They gave you false promise, they charge you what they didn't tell you beforehand. They said my car will be fixed, it didn't. Now I am towing my car and throwing it. I lost thousands of dollars, the real scammers. If you search online they come first. The bad people at Manakau.
