Update: We have now received a personal check from our contact person with this company for a full refund. (01/04/21) Original Review: We ordered a 200DX in October 2019 and prepaid the entire amount of $2462. Ultimateair never could provide this product and has never refunded our money. Multiple requests have been made with no response. Do not deal with this unethical company!

After several days and reading the other post, I also believe they are out of business and will not support their product in the field. Too bad, great product. Will now need to switch to another manufacturer and rewire my house.
