Definitely not just a gym, this place has a real friendly and family feel. I joined 3 years ago to do a 6 week challenge and still here! Love each and every session and the time I spend with my gym fam... Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Big love for this place and the people x
Great community atomosphere. Everyone is so supportive and cant recommend them enough. Classes are great fun as well as a great workout.
Seriously this place is not just a gym. I joined 3 years ago, I lost my 9 kilo's which was a great feeling(YESSS), but have gained so so much more than what I expected. I have learnt so many healthy life skills; the support that you get, the friendship, team work, the fantastic trainers, that real family vibe💞 If your serious about making a healthy change....It's a winner. And don't let age stop you. I'm now 60, and loving a physical healthy life thanks to UY.
