these guys messed up my order, i bought the option for a hose reel attachment and a sprayer attachment/holder. they did not send it. I called them to let them know and nobody there answers the phone. luckly my transaction was secured by google and they got ahold of them for me. I talked to tim mcmillian there at ultimate washers and i sent him a detailed email on the part numbers i was missing. he did send SOME of the missing parts... after contacting google again i had them send the remainder of the missing parts....AND THE... read more

Researched the internet for a Whirlaway BE 1800WAW and found all the information I needed on Ultimate Washer Inc website. Still had a question & called the office and my questions were answered in a professional manner and very quickly.
