Have been coming here for years, the last couple of washes have been below average. This last wash was $150 including engine bay, engine bay still dirty, windows dirty roof & sunroof not touched. Yes it has a platform rack on but they don’t have anything to cater for 4wd complete wash. Will be looking for new place to go. Have returned for a detail inside and out. WOW! So happy with my car detail! Makes my new car look new again. Such a great service as the clean is so thorough!
I've been going there regularly for 6 years and always told them that they do a good job. They always give me a 10 percent discount for being a old age pensioner and good customer. Yesterday they charged me the full amount and when I went back today to tell them they treated me and spoke to me as if I was dirt. Looks like they don't need long-term loyal customers who have spent hundreds of dollars there over recent years. Very unfriendly and hostile staff.
