Came in for a loc appointment today and I was assigned to a different lady to do my hair. First, I want to know how you guys hire the people you hire? If they don’t know how to do locs, they don’t know how to do locs. Why should they be allowed to give a person a retwist with little to no experience? The stylist complained that my hair was “dry” and that it is impotent to “trim the ends”. This was a first as no stylist has ever uttered those two sentences before. Very bad experience . Our regular stylist was not available And a substitute stylist was there and she messed up my daughter's hair after they called and changed the appointment and was late after that. Also they don't call you back when they say are going to. Not recommended at all .. besides it's no parking available not worth your trip

I had a new stylist that I’ve never had before. I could tell right away she had no idea what she was doing. She played in my hair for over two hours. I asked for a silk press and my hair was frizzy. I have never in my life seen someone cut hair the way she was doing it. I eventually asked her to stop and lost my cool. I had to speak with Mel and immediately started balling because I was exhausted and expected a relaxing experience. My hair looked awful and I had plans in the evening.
