My experience was ok until pick up with my vehicle. I noticed it was parked out front.So I went in which there's not a greeting staff or anybody but one of the young men came out and I let him know I was there to pick up my vehicle.And he handed me the keys, nobody walked me out to my vehicle, they didn't walk through and show me what they did.
