I filed a complaint with the Attorney General & The Better Business Bureau Complaint Description: Ultimate tow kept postponing the release of my car and charging us more money. Every time we called or went by there the prices kept escalating. My son's car broke down on the interstate. He didn't have his phone with him, so he left his car there.
