Cheap oil changes. Consistently charge more than their original quotes for auto repair.
Terrible customer service had them repair lawn tractor tire last week cost $30.00 and leaked and was flat last Saturday when I needed to mow. Drove 15 miles to find out they are closed Saturday. Went back Monday and was greeted by the same unpleasant worker Brady I think who stated they wouldn’t have time to look at it. Called at 10 on Tuesday and after holding 5 minutes Mr personality returned to tell me they hadn’t looked at it yet. Had my avenger aligned and will be coming back to get my next vehicle(s) aligned , good work and good price
We were calling around for a shop to install 4 tires and almost everyone we called were 2 or more weeks out, when we called ultimate tire and spoke with Scott he got us in immediately, same day. When we arrived his parking lot was absolutely full of vehicles but that didn't stop him from getting to ours as well, he estimated an hour and 20 minutes and I kid you not that vehicle was parked at the front door ready to go in an hour and 15 minutes, the service you get is second to none, we can't thank Scott and the crew at ultim... read more
Can not thank these guys enough! We broke down 2.5 hours from home and need to get back on the road. They pushed us ahead to find out we needed a radiator and got it replaced and got us back on the road same day! Thank you so much for great service! 10 stars
