The service here is excellent. They have always been so good to me, getting me in quick, being thorough, and steering me in the most reasonable directions. I appreciate them so much! 10 stars if i could.

My truck began blowing hot air on the 100 degree day and Scott was great and got me in asap to get everything fixed and refilled so I am now blowing below zero temps again LOL Scott, Kal and the entire team were patient, professional, helpful and kind.
Scott is a very caring man and will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. He was honest and transparent. Definitely recommend working with Total Car Care!
This place is so filthy and disgusting to say the least. You can clearly tell no one cares about cleanliness, the restrooms, the filth, the dust covering everything and when you bring it up to them they get an attitude and told me "If you are so concerned about the cleanliness then fill out an application and it can be your job" Are you kidding me? I will never return and suggest you choose elsewhere. If they treat their customers this way and do not even bother to clean then I can imagine what corners they cut when working ... read more
