The team from Mornington are amazing - but a special shout out to Lisa! We realised mid-renovation that we had not ordered enough tiles, and although there was no stock of our original tiles Lisa went above and beyond to find us an alternative that we are super happy with, and also arranged delivery ASAP so we weren't delayed on the project either. Can't thank Lisa enough for her patience and quick-thinking!
Got scammed from an invoice that the bank said was more than likely a business hack therefore from their business. Lost a substantial sum of money and when I had to repay them, rather than be helpful and maybe do cost plus so they are not losing any money they gave us $300 off. I found that insulting. Would never shop there again
We were so happy with how nice and helpful the girls in the show room were in helping pick out our tiles and grout colour. We had such a great experience with ultimate tiles Mornington and are very thankful for the time they spent with us helping get us get it right.

Lisa was very helpful coordinating our delivery of outdoor tiles to take full advantage of sunny winter days, we really appreciated her going above and beyond to help us.
