Ultimate Tiles has served us well. Lisa Maio in particular was very helpful at every visit. She was a good listener and understood what we wanted. Her explanations were clear and she made the buying process simply and efficiently. She has a good eye for colour and design. I loved the huge range of quality products beautifully presented. Many thanks.

Anne's expertise, knowledge and eye for design were exceptional. She took the time to understand the style we were trying to achieve and thoughtfully guided us through every ... read more
Got scammed from an invoice that the bank said was more than likely a business hack therefore from their business. Lost a substantial sum of money and when I had to repay them, rather than be helpful and maybe do cost plus so they are not losing any money they gave us $300 off. I found that insulting. Would never shop there again
The team from Mornington are amazing - but a special shout out to Lisa! We realised mid-renovation that we had not ordered enough tiles, and although there was no stock of our original tiles Lisa went above and beyond to find us an alternative that we are super happy with, and also arranged delivery ASAP so we weren't delayed on the project either. Can't thank Lisa enough for her patience and quick-thinking!
The team here were super knowledgeable, really helped me out and at a price of tiles that pleasantly surprised me - in a good way. The tiles look great now installed . Highly recommend
