Had the dry needling and cupping done with a few muscular releases very feeling amazing after the rehab process being made very easy
Alvaro is an amazing practioner, I was in actute pain from a disc herniation pressing on two nerves in my lumbar. His care and wholelistic expertise made a significant difference treating both the physical and mental hurdles I had to overcome at each session.
I went to see Alvaro for extreme pain in my hip during marathon training. I had seen other physios and Alvaro was so much more professional and knowledgable. I went from walking with pain to being able to run a full marathon in a matter of weeks. I could not recommend him more!
Been to Alvaro for both my Achiles and hip flexor injury the guy is a legend, always explains what he is doing /why he is doing it and gives me a plan to follow post session to help my recovery Nobody better to go to if you have an injury
I've had a great experience with Alvaro. He helped improve my shins splints back to 100%. The sessions were effective, and I felt better after each visit. Along with recommending exercises + mobility to do I went from not being able to running back to 100% training. I highly recommend!
