I’ve been seeing Alvaro for a number of weeks and I can’t recommend him enough. From the start, he took the time to understand the root of the issue and tailored a treatment plan that’s made a real difference. In my sessions we do a combination of massage, dry needling, and cupping, which have all helped reduce pain and improve my mobility. We are focusing on proper lifting technique and movement habits to prevent the pain from coming back. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about long-term recovery.
Had the dry needling and cupping done with a few muscular releases very feeling amazing after the rehab process being made very easy
