I had a buzzer system go down - Dayne and his tech came out on several different occasions and could not figure out the issue. His tech went out of town and Dayne said he would get back to me on it. After months of no feedback I emailed Dayne and he said they no longer had anyone who could work on it at this time. Kind of confused as to what I paid them for? Very unhappy with my experience. Very unprofessional.
Had a great experience today with Don helping to get me up and running with my security system. He even came out on a Sunday to make sure everything was taken care of ASAP. Professional, efficient, and friendly service. Highly recommend.
