Russ and the Team did a 5-star job on the installation of the new spa and pool. From the moment we first met Russ the engagement process was positive, and the construction team were efficient and meticulous in building a high-quality product, adding significant value to our property. The team of Conor, Kieran and Jack amongst others were courteous and nothing was too much trouble.
Ultimate Swimming Pools & Spa's were absolutely terrific during the entire build. The attention to detail was fabulous and the team (Mark, Craig, Russ) thought of everything. The quality of the workmanship and the care they put into the job is impressive. We have received so many compliments and are so happy with the finished product. Would definitely recommend.
Highly recommend. I was referred by a friend who had their pool built by this crew and we enjoyed their space so much we wanted our own. Very satisfied, quality build and felt at ease knowing I had true professionals to look after the build of of my pool and spa.
Extremely happy with our new Swimming Pool & Spa and garden renovation we wouldn’t hesitate to engage this company again and I do recommend them to others. The proposal provided was simple and transparent to follow and understand, Mark and the team were always friendly, and punctual, they were all so professional and extremely tidy. Superior follow up service and ongoing regular checking in to see how things were going, I have now engaged them to do the regular maintenance for the pool and our garden.
The team at Ultimate were a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to help us. Their communication is excellent keeping us informed at every stage throughout the process. It’s refreshing to find a company that is trustworthy and delivers what they promise. We love our pool, it's easy to use and looks amazing! If we ever build another pool we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
