Unfortunately I had to return for a partial refund because they did not fit my spark plugs correctly. Although the customer service was good and they were genuinely apologetic, the inconvenience caused and oversight of standard (and expensive) service at a mechanics was really disappointing. I got the job done at Autocraft instead where they had the issue figured out and fixed in 30 minutes.
