It was super easy to rent a unit quickly online. The storage facility is centrally located in Greeneville and our last unit was clean. We continue to have a great experience with 10 Federal Storage.
This is an update and revision of my previous review A rep from 10Federal reached out to me about my issues. They were understanding and fixed the issue to my satisfaction. So I’ve revised my rating. I believe they care about good customer service This facility is ok. It serves its purpose I suppose. But I’ve had a few issues with them. There appears to be a lot of construction going on and also people are working on their cars there. This facility is ok. It serves its purpose I suppose. But I’ve had a few issues with them. There appears to be a lot of construction going on and also people are working on their cars there. The past 2 times I’ve been there I’ve had to carefully make my way through parked vehicles. If I was leaving with my RV I don’t know if I could’ve made it. Also, there’s trash and/or supplies around my spot. Next time I go I’ll try to remember to take pictures to post.
We have been able to get in and out with online website with no problems. Great storage!
