Was able to rent on-line ahead of time . No gate at these out door storage as I didn't need controlled environment for my purpose..Large spacious ,only thing is no power for a light or fan while moving and unpacking things so the door has to be open ..In the summer it gets too hot during the day to do anything or rearrange things in there to unpack repack etc. Even with the door open... Other than that its a good place close to home to store stuff till needed and not have to go through a gate everytime..

It was super easy to rent a unit quickly online. The storage facility is centrally located in Greeneville and our last unit was clean. We continue to have a great experience with 10 Federal Storage.

This is an update and revision of my previous review A rep from 10Federal reached out to me about my issues. They were understanding and fixed the issue to my satisfaction. So I’ve revised my rating. I believe they care about good customer service This facility is ok. It serves its purpose I suppose. But I’ve had a few issues with them. There appears to be a lot of construction going on and also people are working on their cars there. The past 2 times I’ve been there I’ve had to carefully make my way through parked vehicles.... read more

This facility is ok. It serves its purpose I suppose. But I’ve had a few issues with them. There appears to be a lot of construction going on and also people are working on their cars there. The past 2 times I’ve been there I’ve had to carefully make my way through parked vehicles. If I was leaving with my RV I don’t know if I could’ve made it. Also, there’s trash and/or supplies around my spot. Next time I go I’ll try to remember to take pictures to post.
