I went in to get lenses placed in these glasses I’ve had. Paid a half when I was there and haven’t heard anything.Then passed by the store, no one was there, I reached out through email, and responded that there was a personal family emergency (understandable). Went back a few days later and again this location was closed. Business hours say’s they open at 11am. Sent out yet another email to there Gmail and I have yet to get a reply. DO NOT COME HERE.. first of all my client went in for her prescription. And she went 1 month ago and still no answer and no glasses. We have been calling and calling and calling and still no answer. This is the worst place possible overpriced and a scam everyone that works there. The BBB should investigate and close them down. STAY AWAY!!
Love the location and the good customer service. I have 4 years of good experience at the location in North Broadway in Yonkers.
