It was my first time visiting ultimate spectacle in Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City. I have to say the second I walked in I felt extremely welcomed by Tatiana the employee. Tatiana at first was helping another customer and once done she immediately assisted me with trying on optical frames.She was honest with me and extremely helpful leting me know which frames fit me best no matter the prices of the frames which I really appreciated. Ryan was very helpful and professional, he has an amazing personality! He was extremely knowledgeable with the different luxury items in the store. Ryan’s friendly attitude made me want to keep purchasing multiple pairs. I’m going recommend all my friends and family to come see Ryan, he gave me a 10/10 experience!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this eyeglass store. I visited the store to look at reading glasses and ultimately agreed to leave money to hold a pair of frames while I considered my decision. At the time, I specifically instructed the associate not to proceed with manufacturing the lenses because I wanted my wife to see the frames before making a final purchase decision. Everyone was so nice and the doc was super patient and knowledgeable. I was surprised by how modern and thorough the exam was. It’s only my 2nd time here, but I’m already a loyal customer.
