I’ve been coming to this dental office for a while, but after today, I won’t be returning. I had a 12:00 PM appointment and was running about 15 minutes late. I called ahead to let them know, but my call kept getting put on hold and never properly answered. Had someone simply communicated with me, I could have avoided making the trip altogether. Recently had a Porcelain Crown installed on one of my back teeth number 31 and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. Ultimate smile is the place to go, the Doctor is very professional and takes the time and care due to the patient. The Doctors staff are also very good very courteous towards the patient. 5 stars.
