I am writing to express how deeply hurt and mistreated I felt during my recent visit. As a returning client, I expected professionalism and care, but instead, I left feeling disrespected and insulted. Once the dentist arrived and re-explained the procedure, I confirmed that I fully understood. However, during the injection stage, when I moved slightly, I was told I could risk nerve damage and would need sedation.
