This quite honestly might be the best purchasing experience of my life. I literally called this guy at 3 o'clock and told him I needed a custom 119 inch black shade with a motor and I need it ASAP. Was INSTALLED by 830pm. Unbelievable!
One of the worst experiences of getting custom curtains. It’s been 4 months now since we ordered and we still have no idea what happened with it. Vlad has been hard to reach to find out when our order would be ready. He doesn’t provide us with updates and often comes up with excuses which don’t make sense. Just few weeks ago, he told us he would have the order ready and after weeks when we follow up he comes up with another excuse. I would advise that no one work him, just a lack of professionalism.
