Very happy with my shutters. I am a repeat customer and the intial shutters I installed are still perfect after a year. A smooth process from start to finish, quality product, great customer service.
I had few issues related to after sales service. I bought a house where the shutters were installed and couple of them were not working. There were some delays on attending the job. I must give credit to Damien, who personally contacted me and promptly arranged an electrician to visit and fix the problem. The service person was a gem and very courteous. He fixed the problem. Ultimate Shutter provides excellent service and support for their products. I had an issue with one of my shutters, which was over 5 years old and had experienced issues with the remote due to accidental water spillage. Damien promptly assisted me in troubleshooting and resolving the problem. All of this was done over the phone at no additional cost.
