Ultimate shutters, were very easy to deal with. Very professional and delivered a very high quality product.
Had the shutters installed on my place place from Ultimate and the team about a year ago when I first moved in. They are great for getting a peaseful sleep and blocking light. The team did a great job on install. Damien and Rosa in the office were helpful throughout the process. I live on a main road and these help so much with the noise also.
BEWARE!!! Refused to return $8800 deposit despite no work being completed. Re-post after review being removed. Ultimate Shutter failed to deliver the services I engaged them to do. Despite their T&Cs allowing cancellation after a price rise caused by their issues, Ultimate Shutter refused a refund and is keeping the large deposit despite no work being completed.
