When the carwash in Seymour,Tn first opened it was great. In the last few months the cloths have changed and the new ones are not absorbent like the old ones were. Also several times I have tried to use the vacuum cleaners and one side is dead. A couple weeks ago there were at least 6 or 7 dead vacuums. It’s very frustrating to have to park several times in one car wash trip. This place is great, thanks ultimate shine, because of your amazing employee SHAWN who was friendly, helped me and my two sons out, came out and was just so relatable and just a genuinely nice human being...you gained a forever customer, oh, and the carwash was amazing too!!!!
This place sucks, bad. Just washed both my and my wife’s cars. Both have huge spots where the brushes didn’t get. Save your money and time and go to Sparkling Image in Knoxville.
