The car wash doesn't really clean your vehicle. To me it's not worth the money. The car mat cleaning machine doesn't really clean your mats that well either. I paid for the total package with the undercarriage and I don't think I got it because there was still dirt inside my Fender Wheels. Had my top factory installed roof rack damaged had an incident report made and employee took pictures. Haven’t heard back from them it’s been over a month and I keep calling them and they told me they would expedite my claim but nothing has happened. They finally got a hold of me and fixed my roof rack no questions asked. Thank you.
