For the past 6-8 weeks, the car wash has significantly declined in quality. Previously, it was excellent, but recent brush adjustments have caused issues with both of our SUVs enrolled in the account. Specifically, the last two round brushes in the wash cycle now forcefully hit the driver and passenger sides of our vehicles.
