Forgot my card at home, when Apple Pay didnt work - the manager being his best at sales, didnt return the customer and gave a free car wash! Definitely locked a loyal customer.
I had the rubber on my back wiper blade come loose …almost completely off…after I went through the car wash. I’ve seen other cars that this happened too…that go through there. Called them because I wanted my blade replaced …so they told me to come in and fill out a form. I did and THEN they told me it wouldn’t be fixed …TOTAL waste of my time…AND my car was within the 2 year ad…where it STATES that they’ll replace things on new or up to 2 years old…😳😂I I recommend NOT using the car wash …💯🤷♀️
