Horrible. Don't waste your money. Paid $24 for the ultimate shine. Made a point to ask the attendant about the bugs on the windshield. He said that he would take care of it. Just a half hearted effort with a long handled brush. Bugs still there as if it was not touched at all. What a waste. You'd expect for $24 you'd get a clean windshield. Next time I'll go to gas station and clean the windshield myself and go to a different car wash and spend about 1/2 the amount.
Scratched my new car all the way around and they won't cover it. Avoid this place at all costs. I loved it until that happened. Talked to an auto body garage near by and they said they have had alot of people coming to them from the car wash damaging their vehicle.

We went today, March 8, 2025 for the first time. The wait time was about 45 minutes. This is understandable since we had the dirty rain incident. We checked out the packages and wanted the ultimate shine package which right now was $24 for the first two months, seems like a good deal. When the attendant came out to take our order. He put us in for one single car wash. No monthly plan, no more washes. I asked to have it changed to the plan. I was told that there was nothing they could do. I asked to have it refunded.
