UPDATE: 5/1/26 Still have not heard back to resolve issue when asked to email for resolution. It’s been 3 months. Became a member and had a few issues with the car wash breaking my SUV wipers a few times but they reimbursed me for the replacement. However I went back and as I pull in, Josh Wright the attendant spraying my car yelled out profanities to the other guy working about me pulling in and with having my kids in the car it was very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH This company charged me for two accounts when I only signed up for one, and refuses to issue me a refund. This is a crooked practice and consumers need to be aware of this. I will continue to try and get my money back, but don’t give this company a dime. The employees they have working here are disrespectful.. The car wash gets your car reasonably clean. A lot of the vacuum cleaners don’t work.
