An absolute scam of a car wash, went through 1 time 2 years ago, an employee did everything for me, and then I find out that he signed me up for a membership that I didn't ask for and theres no way to even cancel the membership. I was charged almost 900 dollars for the last 2 years when I only went once and finally after months of emails and calls, I'm offered a refund for the last 8 months, about 300 bucks, and "free car washes for a year". DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH This company charged me for two accounts when I only signed up for one, and refuses to issue me a refund. This is a crooked practice and consumers need to be aware of this. I will continue to try and get my money back, but don’t give this company a dime. Plenty of other car washes who aren’t thieves out there
If I could give 0 stars I would. I went for a normal car was on the cheaper side, the employee signed me up for a monthly service without my authorization. I never got a pass, or anything stating that I was to be paying monthly. I realized this after a few months of paying (my fault for not checking my statement closely) and called immediately to cancel. Be prepared to wait a while on warm days. My only real issues are that it doesn't rince the soap off ur car or dry it at all. Witch means u must do it ur self, but that would require them having clean rags witch they rarely do. Also their car matt cleaning machines seem to always be out of order. I wouldn't say overpriced if half the stuff they advertise actually worked
Became a member and had a few issues with the car wash breaking my SUV wipers a few times but they reimbursed me for the replacement. However I went back and as I pull in, Josh Wright the attendant spraying my car yelled out profanities to the other guy working about me pulling in and with having my kids in the car it was very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable.
