First time here and I'm very disappointed. I have a brand new car and it's not hard to clean. But dang, I paid $25 to try out how good they are but they are so bad, after $25 my car is still dirty. I only took pics of the front bumper but it's just overall not good car wash.
I have made more than adequate attempts to resolve this issue through the company’s own channels, without success, and this is my final attempt to resolve this before moving forward and filing a formal complaint. After weeks of attempting to resolve this issue directly with Ultimate Car Wash, I have reached my breaking point. This car wash is super cool! They have an automatic carpet cleaner for your car rugs and some extra tools to clean the inside. The customer service at this location is exceptional. Josh went above and beyond helping me today. What a great crew, I’d highly recommend!
