I called to cancel my monthly subscription, customer care confirmed to me the cancelation of my subscription.3 weeks later, I found out that the Ultimate Shine car wash charged me AGAIN.I called again to cancel and get refund, customer care rep informed me that I will receive a call from Ultimate shine car wash, but they never did!!!?I had to file a complaint to BBB and my bank to resolve this case!?
it was advertised as 9.95 the first month, then 14.95 thereafter . I was charged 26.95 and for what ? two car washes! I even spoke to the attendant when I purchased about what a deal it was! you can get any response back from email, no one answers the phone! rip off!
