Well never had a bad experience with the wash side. However I was charged twice on my card for one wash. Called the wv # and received a third party cs rep in south Carolina they could not help me because im not a member. Suggested I go to the whitehall wv 26554 ultimate shine wash were they double charged me. Car is still quite dirty after paying $24 What a waste of money. Go to Tidal Waveat eastpointe or wash it yourself you'll be much happier!
Bradlee is the best! He was such a surprise to see as I’ve known him from the Charleston location. He always reminds me to “Keep it shiny”
Poor service and quality. Hopefully Tidal Wave will come to town and put this place out of business.
