This place is the worst. Be prepared to wait at least 25 minutes to even get through the gates. In the last two weeks I have tried to use this car wash 10 times. I had to turn around and leave at least 8 or 9 times because it just takes to long. I get in their fast pass lane since I'm a member but apparently that doesn't mean squat. They repeatedly let 3 or 4 cars from the other lanes go before letting any fast pass members through. since this Car Wash has opened up, I’ve been coming here daily. I used to find it very beneficial and then for the last year and some change it has completely destroyed my car I have over 30 noticeable scratches but when I look deep into my paint job, it’s all scratched up. 2/10/26. Nice day for a wash but the vacuums were not avaliable.
Forgot my card at home, when Apple Pay didnt work - the manager being his best at sales, didnt return the customer and gave a free car wash! Definitely locked a loyal customer.
