Poor service and quality. Hopefully Tidal Wave will come to town and put this place out of business.
You will wait for 45 minutes to get a wash and then you’ll have zero towels available at any station to dry your car with. Not once or twice. EVERY TIME.

My sticker would not work for some reason. After looking up my information, John took old one off and gave me a new one. I asked about military discount. I gave him my VA ID and he immediately took care of that as well. He also credited my account for the military discount for the remaining days I had left in the month. John was very helpful and was very professional. Best experience I have had with any of the employees.
