Antron Brown did a good job. He came up to me and asked if I’d like my mats cleaned, and I agreed that was a nice touch to the service. I had a decent wash, as expected, given that it’s a quick car wash. I was a member previously, and over time, the car wash did take some paint off my old car. With that being said, I only go now when I’m feeling lazy most of the time, I hand wash my car. I must say, I did miss the vacuum section because the vacuum is very powerful. The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because they aren't open until 9. I get an earlier time during winter, but a car was closing before the sun set during spring and summer is silly.
Excellent customer service at Ultimate Shine Car Wash in Rocky Mount, VA! They have 3 membership plans to offer! AND they have free towels, glass cleaner, vacuums, and mat cleaners on site! It’s truly an all in one experience! Special thank you to Malcolm Holland, he helped make my visit efficient and enjoyable!
