Update 2025: I decided to give them a few more chances because, in all honesty, it's a darned convenient concept that appeals to my level of laziness. Enough about me. Turns out the decision was rewarded. They completely turned it around, ex. the employees look and act like they care, the wash was quick and always does a good job, the towels were plentiful, less damp, but best of all they were clean.
