Paid $20 for the Ultimate Shine car wash for my Sienna. Looks like every part of the car got clean. The vacuums worked great and there are plenty of damp rags and spray bottles.

For the Christiansburg branch... The two guys preparing my car for wash made me feel like I got more than my money worth, it seemed like they gave attention to every detail. the towels , vacuum and glass cleaner are much welcome amenities . I will be going by more often as Sean who pulled me in the wash bay & gave me a review card,and explained the value of unlimited package, I was skeptical, but after looking my truck over after the wash, I was convinced.

Constant issues with their conveyor belt system at Ultimate Shine there. Long lengthy lines constantly and carelessly filling up. From time to time vaccums don't get enough suction. Then to add insult to injury issues with manage ment such as their General Manager and District Manager getting replaced in the region. To having people having their bank accounts charged or over charged for memberships by Ultimate Shine. Arrived during posted business hours with no signage indicating early closure. An employee told me they were closing early and asked me to leave, and the interaction felt abrupt and dismissive. If the business closes early, there should be clear notice to avoid situations like this.
