I only gave it one star because I had too. Beware of these people they take money out of your banking account when you have already cancelled your membership. I have called 4 times now since March trying to get them to stop they say they are checking on it and will call me back but never do and still keep taking the money. SO PLEASE BEWARE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

My wife paid with my credit card for ONE carwash and somehow got signed up for a constant subscription. I thought she was using the car wash about once a month because it showed up on my credit card and believed she was going there and paying each time. I said something about it being kind of expensive and she said she rarely ever went there, so I asked her why it was showing up on the credit card every month and she didn't realize that SOMEHOW she had signed me up for a subscription. Not sure what happened to this place. They need to change the name to ultimate dull spray water on your car. I spent more time and half a bottle of cleaner getting the bugs off the front of my car. The pre wash is a joke the boy sprayed the front of my car for like 2 seconds brushed my windshield and didnt spray the pass side. Seems like a joke now.

Very disappointed with the facility. The 2 guys that are standing at the entrance need to do their job. Only washed half of my windshield didn't get any of the bugs off of the front of my truck. My truck still had bird trap on the hood when I pulled over to the vacuum facility. My tires and wheels wasn't clean at all. No tire shine on tires. I did talk to the manager only thing she offered was to write my name down on a piece of paper and she said I would get a free car wash the next time.
