I’ve been a loyal customer with ultimate shine but in this particular carwash and day, I noticed heavy scratches after I had observed the car under direct sunlight. Painting the car ain’t cheap. You guys should double check your equipment next time. Such a hassle.
I have a monthly deal with Ultimate and find it great for all seasons. I can run my car through daily if needed and all seasons have special problems. We just finished heavy pollen and now there is a problem with bird droppings. Of course, there is snow/ ice season with road salt to remove. And during the summer, we just want our cars to look good. Ultimate is great for all the needs year around.
Employees are always very friendly and my Jeep always sparkles when I'm finished.
