First of all,I did not get the wash that I paid for. The worst part is the fact that there were young boys walking around that were supposed to be working. They were not. Only one young man was doing it all. The rest were lollygagging and playing. Cars were backed out to the highway. Very frustrating! This was on E. Stone Dr. In Kingsport Tn. I wont be back!
Dont give this place a card unless you want to pay for theyre subscription service, I only wanted 1 car wash and I ended up getting charged every month, big hastle to cancel and get my money back
I had been a customer since Ultimate Shine opened 8-9 years ago. Today, after washing my car, it was smeared with a nasty, black, greasy tar-like substance on 3 sides. I took the car back and the best they could offer was to run the car through again (not on them - I have unlimited visits). The substance was still on after the 2nd wash. They refused to accept that the issue was on their end and I was treated poorly, not like a valued, long-term customer. Very slow. No rags to clean with. Vacuum did not work. It was like it was stopped up. Overall was not worth the money.
