We have been using Ultimate Security for over 25 years now in the two houses we've had. These have been monitored home security systems that include opening, motion, and glass break sensors. Although the DSC equipment we have installed may be a bit dated now, aside from changing the battery pack every 10 years or so the systems have worked perfectly with no issues. We are looking to upgrade soon to hopefully go wireless and possibly include some cameras as well. Ultimate Security will continue to be our home security choice.
Stay away. John does not stand behind his work. Spent $10k with this company only to have them disappear when everything started failing. Installation crew was terrible and sloppy. We recently had Bay Alarm remove the system this company installed and fix our problems. A total sham!
